These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the dmChat mobile application, dmBuddy creator application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by GoodTogether LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Services. By posting content, you grant GoodTogether LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. Content shared in private messages is visible only to the intended recipients. We do not proactively monitor private messages, but we may review content in response to user reports or legal requirements.
Certain features require payment, including subscriptions, paid content, custom requests, and video calls. All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (Apple In-App Purchase, Telegram Stars, or other platform-native systems). Prices are displayed before purchase, and all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or the applicable platform's refund policy.
Video calls are private, end-to-end encrypted, and strictly between two consenting adult users. You agree not to record, broadcast, or redistribute video call content without the explicit consent of the other participant. Violation of this provision may result in immediate account termination.
The Services incorporate artificial intelligence to assist with and augment certain conversations and features. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your messages and content by AI systems as further described in our Privacy Policy.
You can report objectionable content or abusive users through the reporting features within the app. You can also block any user at any time. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, the Services, or GoodTogether LLC. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or for content shared between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodTogether LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
