This Privacy Policy describes how GoodTogether LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the dmChat mobile application, dmBuddy creator application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your phone number, display name, profile photo, and any other information you choose to provide.
Messages & Content. We store the messages, photos, videos, and other content you send and receive through the Services to deliver them to intended recipients and maintain your conversation history.
Payment Information. When you make purchases (such as subscriptions, paid content, or video call bookings), we record transaction details including amounts, dates, and item descriptions. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Apple In-App Purchase, Telegram Stars, or other platform-native payment systems). We do not store your credit card number or payment credentials.
Device & Usage Information. We automatically collect device identifiers, operating system version, app version, IP address, and general usage analytics (such as feature usage frequency and session duration) to maintain and improve the Services.
Push Notification Tokens. If you enable notifications, we store your device's push notification token to deliver alerts about messages, purchases, and scheduled events.
Portions of the Services use artificial intelligence to assist with and augment conversations. When you send messages through the platform, your message content may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate responses, provide recommendations, or facilitate interactions.
These AI providers process message content solely for the purpose of generating responses within the Services. We require our AI providers to maintain confidentiality and not use your data for their own training or purposes beyond providing the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
Video calls between users are end-to-end encrypted. This means that neither GoodTogether LLC nor our video infrastructure provider can access the audio or video content of your calls. We store only call metadata (participants, duration, and scheduling information) for billing and service delivery purposes.
We retain your account information and message history for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, which will initiate deletion of your personal data within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
